Our story


Paula’s Cafe was created out of love and passion for cooking healthy and delicious foods with the most fresh and organic ingredients. A sentiment that Paula passed on from generation to generation since the 1980’s. Today Chef Erick Zelaya (Paula’s Grandson) has put together a delightful, rich, and savory menu with plenty of breakfast and lunch options incorporating mouthwatering lotion America flavors and twist.

Who We are

Paula’s Cafe is a celebration to all of our Latin American ancestors who immigrated in search of a better life and who continue to inspire us today. We are proud of the cultural diversity and uniqueness that is Latin American cuisine.   

Visit us in the Lower Haight district of San Francisco. We are open Tue – Sun for Breakfast, Brunch, and lunch indoor and/or outdoor dining.
